slightly sweet, rightly tannic when new,
velvety and well balanced when old.
Gastronomics accompaniments:

Like Barolo and Barbaresco,
Nebbiolo Bric Merli is connected
with tasty and spicy cooking, expecially
piedmontese cooking, but is very
appreciated with sophisticated
international expecialities,
game and red meat.
Serving temperature 16/18 degrees.
