Birbét

Grape must partially fermented

Its name, "Birbét", in Piedmont's dialect, means little rogue.
It's obteined with grapes of Roero's Brachetto, a different kind from the well-known Acqui's Brachetto, characterised from its typical shape longer than the other.
The Birbèt has always been considered the classic festivities-days wine and also the "women's wine".
Usually it is a bit sparkling and with a very low alcoholic percentage, 6 degrees only.
Serving temperature 8/10 degrees.
